Mountains Hotel - Seefeld in Tirol

the hotel has an expanded spa with new equipment. the room lacked a kettle.

Very gently they let us use the swimming pool and thermal area even after the normal closing time we weren't aware of, arriving a little late at the hotel just to spend one night. They also give us a better room than the one booked online.

Good location, functional, pleasant surroundings and furnishings. Nice breakfast. Good service.

Seefeld winter vibes ❄️

Indoor spa was so lekker after a day in the snow, found a good pilates class too. The breakfast spread was great with fresh omelettes that hit the spot! Staff were super friendly and helped us out heaps. Views of the mountains from our room were a real treat!

The outdoor pool was a bit tricky to get to with all the snow blocking the path, but we still managed to enjoy it a bit.

Very friendly staff. Nice big rooms, Tiroler style. Small nice spa. Dinners are excellent. Very good hotel.

Perfect location for skiing. Cross Country skiing slopes starts on the other side of the road. Close to downtown. Nice Sauna Area. Hotel offers some special deals for cross country skiing.

Sauna area closes already at 7 p.m. Unfortunately there were some people in the Sauna in bathing suits and they went to swim afterwards directly from the Sauna ... Not very hygienic. But this has happened in many hotels we have visited in Austria not only this hotel.

The spacious rooms offered good amenities, and the daily hot water supply was a plus for a cozy stay. The dining experience included generous portions of high-quality food.

Despite the potential for a great experience, the overall management fell short in several areas. Cleaning was inconsistent, with reports of bedsheets not being changed for extended periods. Some bathrooms lacked proper fixtures, like the shower without a bracket, you had to hold the showerhead. The spa amenities could have been better organized. There were issues with missing towels. While the place has a lot of potential, it was poorly maintained and disorganized.

This is not terribly negative but if you want to attract an international higher end clientel you must upgrade your reception staff and certainly the massage etc. services have to be in a different class

Plentiful breakfast with a chef waiting to cook to order, thanks a lot. Plus, the location is lovely, minutes from Seekirchl Church.

The staff was always ready to satisfy our demands. For instance, in a rainy and cold evening we asked for room heating. As the central heating was not yet in function, in a matter of minutes the house keeper brought a portable heater. The room was large enough and the breakfast excellent. In the underground garage (free of charge) we always found a parking place. In short, the hotel has a good value for money.

The location was incredible to the pedestrian area of town, you may take train on Seefeld in Tirol train station within 10 minutes walk from here. Modern room, that also was decent sized with free herbal tea.

The spa was a highlight, with both indoor and outdoor pools with plenty of seating. The breakfast was really good, with a large variety of delicious options like freshly cooked eggs to order 🍳.

All in all, an average accommodation; rooms are a bit outdated; indoor pool area rather small; food good but nothing special; too expensive for what you get, you mainly pay for the location
